Information and Communication Technology

About the Department

The Information and Communications Technology Department has two main purposes: to enable pupils and staff to make the best use of current technologies and to facilitate the use of ICT across the curriculum.

We are now making use of a brand new ICT suite which is one of two dedicated rooms for ICT teaching and learning.

All pupils in from the 2^nd Form to the 5^th Form follow the London Learning course, which comprehensively teaches all aspects of Microsoft Office. Pupils work towards the IAM Intermediate Award in ICT, which assesses skills and their application to different subject areas across the curriculum.

All users have their own log on identity and password and have access to e-mail and a filtered Internet provision is available.
