The Golf Academy works closely with Prodream USA for those golfers who wish to further their golf on a golf scholarship at an American University after leaving Loretto. Prodream USA, headed up by Lorne Kelly (Walker Cup & Eisenhower Trophy winner) is the UK’s first golf specific scholarship consultancy. They draw on their unique experience and contacts from the golf world to place talented young golfers on golf scholarships in the US.
Lorne has first hand experience of collegiate golf in the States. During his four years at Coastal Carolina University, where he gained his BA in business, Lorne was voted ‘Most valuable player’ and became an NCAA Division I All American.
Lorne founded Prodream USA specifically to ensure that more of our young golfers have the chance of competing in the states and enjoying the experiences that he had while there by taking all the confusion away and guiding you through the system. Through his experience and profile, Lorne has built relationships with coaches throughout the US, successfully tailored numerous scholarships for young golfers, no-one knows the system better than Lorne.
