"As a Lorettonian, you strive to become the best you can be, whatever your chosen profession or plan for the future; in School and out. You are not disheartened by failure; you adapt and succeed; working on your own or as a team. You listen to others, get on with new people and always take advice. You make the most of the wide range of opportunities that you have been given. You are confident and hard working, neither arrogant nor dishonest. You work to gain strength equal to your tasks; never content with the false sense of satisfaction gained from achieving less than your potential. Adapting, achieving; showing courage, honesty and strength. Performing in a team and as an individual. Working the try before giving the vital off-load. That's what I feel it means to be a Lorettonian".
